Office Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator to provide administrative support across our organization.

The ideal candidate will welcome, greet, and provide general support to visitors, manage front desk activities including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing office supplies, suggesting alternatives, and ensuring professional and customer-driven service to all employees, business partners, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support across the organization
  • Welcome and provide general support to visitors
  • Front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
  • Manage office supplies and suggest alternatives
  • Invoices registration in Coupa system
  • Organize and schedule meetings and events
  • Coordinate language courses

Requirements

  • Some work experience in an administrative or receptionist role is valuable
  • Fluent communication skills in English (B2)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to details
  • Strong customer and safety focus
  • Multitasking
  • Economical thinking
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize
  • Problem solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
