Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator to join our team at RGV Polska. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the availability of cleaning personnel for our hotel clients and coordinating staff accommodations.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Selection:
    • Foster strong relationships with candidates through various channels, including online platforms, job boards, and social media.
    • Organize and conduct thorough interviews, screenings, and candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for our clients.
    • Create engaging job descriptions that effectively appeal to the target audience.
    • Develop and execute strategies for international recruitment, focusing on candidates from Asia.
  2. Administration and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation and contracts in accordance with Polish labor laws and company policies.
    • Ensure seamless candidate and client data management within our database and recruitment system.
    • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports detailing recruitment progress and job fulfillment.
  3. Optimization of Recruitment Processes:
    • Evaluate and enhance existing recruitment methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Promote a positive candidate experience and optimize placement outcomes.
  4. Employee Accommodation Coordination:
    • Oversee the living conditions of employees, ensuring their comfort and adherence to company standards.
    • Closely monitor employee accommodations to address any emerging issues promptly.
    • Foster open communication to maintain high employee satisfaction levels.

Your Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and managing temporary workers.
  2. Proficiency in Polish (C1) and English (C1); knowledge of additional European languages is an asset.
  3. Demonstrated organizational skills for effective task management and coordination.
  4. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, particularly those related to temporary employment.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
