In this role, you will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Team and partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to understand organizational and team structures. You will support the efficient and cost-effective delivery of recruitment operations, providing a high-quality recruitment experience for managers and candidates whilst specific vacancies are filled.

This role offers an opportunity to work remotely/hybrid with some visits in the Katowice office, making it ideal for those located in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand candidate profiles and hiring needs
  • Participating in full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening of CVs, conducting interviews, writing candidate reports, interview coordination, and scheduling, offer management, and negotiation, follow-up candidates during and after process completion
  • Managing job postings on different platforms as well as applicants and workflow through ATS
  • Communicating regularly with stakeholders/Hiring Managers to update and report on recruitment status and market trends
  • Developing consultative relationships with Hiring Managers ensuring the recruiting needs within assigned areas are met
  • Identifying potential candidates using intricate Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, CV databases, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing, and the internal application tracking system
  • Building and growing strong talent pools of passive candidates who have relevant skills for the specific business unit while keeping up-to-date with market trends and analysis
  • Ensuring accurate data integrity at all times via Applicant Tracking System
  • Driving referral programs for designated markets
  • Working across multiple countries and teams in a collaborative environment as needed
