Your responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating day-to-day operations of the B2B Customer Service team (7 FTE)
- Supporting team members in case of problems or escalation
- Ensuring internal communication within the team, keeping the team up to date with changes that affect them, getting feedback, and following up on actions as required
- Creating and maintaining optimal ways of working
- Seeking opportunities for overall B2B service improvement
- Ensuring procedures are followed in accordance with VELUX quality standards and work manuals
- Acting as the first point of contact for sales managers
- Participating/driving/managing local and regional projects as Customer Service "voice"
- Holding and representing the team in periodic local/regional meetings
Our requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Pro-active attitude and initiative
- Excellent organization of your own and your team's work
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Efficiency and business responsibility
- Experience with SAP
- Fluency in English (min. B2 level)
