Job Description

As Senior Analyst, you will manage Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt-related tasks, performing reconciliations, reviewing invoices, and collaborating with requestors and procurement for continuous improvement. Your role will involve ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. The GRIR Senior Analyst will report to the AP and analytics team leader.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Perform reconciliations of Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) accounts.
  • Review invoices, service acknowledgments, and goods receipts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Desktop Procedures (DTPs).
  • Utilize SAP and other ERP systems to analyze purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
  • Drive transformation by creating meaningful insights and definitions of root cause and potential solutions.
  • Generate audit responses for external and internal audit requests, SOX, tax requests, and other related inquiries.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • 4+ years in an analytical position.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA coding).
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Good stakeholder management.
  • Not afraid to present own opinions and ideas.
