Job Description:

The Bruker Business Support Center (BSC) in Warsaw, Poland, provides business services for Bruker Corporation, including Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Customer Services in EMEA and the Americas regions.

We are looking for a junior HR Administration Specialist with German (m/f/d) for our shared service center in Warsaw. This role involves advanced administration and organization capabilities, high-quality work, prioritization, and a customer-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level support for email and telephone inquiries from employees and managers.
  • Administer employees' data during the employee lifecycle (hire to retire).
  • Manage time-off tools (sick leaves, long-term absences).
  • Prepare employee documents (offer letters, contracts) and assist in the hiring process.
  • Support learning management back office tasks (training partner database, contract/document filing, training schedules).
  • Coordinate external service providers.
  • Benefits administration.
  • Maintain electronic and/or hard copy documents according to local law.
  • Review data for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports and documents concerning personnel activities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal German and English communication skills (C1 level minimum); French language skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR services, processes, and HRIS tools (Success Factors is an asset).
  • Experience working with remote HR teams.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build positive work relationships with people at all levels.
  • Business ethics, honesty, and personal integrity.
  • Respect and protect employee privacy and confidentiality.
  • Detailed and organized individual ensuring task resolution.
