MS Services Sp. z o.o. poszukuje kandydatów do zespołu świadczącego usługi w projekcie realizowanym na rzecz Philip Morris Polska Distribution Sp. z o. o., właściciela marki HEETS oraz systemu do podgrzewania tytoniu IQOS.

Opis stanowiska:

  • Obsługa Klienta w salonie sprzedaży (sprzedaż produktów tytoniowych, wypożyczenia oraz wymiana sprzętu)
  • Budowanie dobrego wizerunku marki, przez zachowanie najwyższych standardów jakości i obsługi Klienta
  • Prezentacja innowacyjnego produktu tytoniowego premium i jego cech pełnoletniemu palącemu Konsumentowi
  • Dzielenie się wiedzą na temat bezdymnych produktów tytoniowych wśród pełnoletnich osób palących
  • Dbanie o prawidłową ekspozycję produktów w punkcie sprzedaży
  • Wsparcie posprzedażowe Klientów

Wymagania:

  • Jesteś komunikatywny/a, lubisz pracę z ludźmi
  • Stawiasz dobro Klienta zawsze na pierwszym miejscu, budując z nim relacje oparte na wzajemnym zaufaniu
  • Chciałbyś/chciałabyś zdobyć lub poszerzyć swoje doświadczenie w sprzedaży
  • Jeśli zależy Ci na podnoszeniu wiedzy i kompetencji
  • Jesteś dyspozycyjny/a około 130 godzin w miesiącu (dyspozycyjność w weekendy będzie dodatkowym atutem)

Wynagrodzenie zależne od przepracowanych godzin, ze stawką nie mniejszą niż 34 brutto / godzinę

  • Zatrudnienie w oparciu o umowę zlecenie
  • ATRAKCYJNĄ STAWKĘ GODZINOWĄ – nie mniejszą niż 39 zł brutto / h.
  • W przypadku osób do 26 roku życia ze statusem studenta, możliwość skorzystania z ulgi dla młodych (tzw. PIT 0).
  • Elastyczne godziny pracy
  • Premie do 1050 zł brutto uzależnione od realizacji planów sprzedażowych.
  • Naukę najwyższych standardów obsługi Klienta i wsparcie od przełożonego oraz zespołu
