RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE:

  • Deliver HR administrative service across the primo lifecycle brilliantly.
  • Input all relevant data in Workday in a timely manner to ensure the integrity of the information.
  • Continuously improve efficiency and/or effectiveness of our processes.
  • Generate and share compensation reports with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Build relationships with external service providers to ensure the delivery of services to our Primos.
  • Prepare all relevant information and input for compensation and benefit surveys and analysis.
  • Complete termination paperwork, run exit surveys and create reports on leavers that provide insights for decision making.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions (Becoming Bacardi) to Primos around the globe.
  • Gather and organize Primos data relevant for payroll processing.
  • Work closely with payroll and recruitment teams to deliver seamless services.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Accounting or similar.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Process improvement mindset.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Willingness to collaboratively work with teams across different geographies and cultures.
  • Fluency in English and French is a must, any other EU language is an asset.

  • Compliance: Ensure Service Level agreements already defined.
  • Administration: Ensure process efficiency and operational tasks are frequently evaluated with a continuous improvement goal.
