For our Client, Danone, we are looking for candidates for the position of HR Admin with Dutch. The team you will be working with is ONE Danone Business Services (DBS), responsible for delivering standardized and comprehensive solutions to improve work quality and employee, customer and supplier services across Europe. One DBS operates through various departments, covering areas such as Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Invoice to Cash, Employee Services, Master Data Management, Internal Control, and Tax. One DBS function is based in Warsaw and supports various business functions to enhance operational efficiency across Europe.
HR Admin with DutchRequirements- First experience in HR or customer service will be an advantage.
- Proficiency with Employee Services (ES) systems would be a plus.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business units and collaborate with different teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch (B2).
- Knowledge of French - nice to have.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Responsible for physical document management and the preparation of non-standard ad-hoc documents, tracking and storing linked to the hiring and exit of employees, as well as any contractual changes made throughout their employment.
- New hire contract, contract conversion or extension.
- Notification letters/contract amendments for salary increases, promotions, work location changes, reassignments, leaves, terminations, no shows, and any other job or personal data changes.
- Benefits management, e.g., assigning employees to benefit schemes per their eligibility.
- Collect required signatures.
- Manage and review leave requests and supporting documentation, misconduct and discipline.
- Manage overtime/undertime and supporting documentation for time and attendance record.
- Consolidate time records input for payroll.
- Ensure data is updated in HR and payroll systems as needed.
