Field Technical Services Engineer Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinates and performs technical service activities of medical equipment on sites in the territory including installation, repair, diagnostics, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
  2. Provides consultations and all types of technical support to final users, distributors, and other commercial partners including employees of the Company, as well as conducts pre-sales support with service-related information for medical devices, additional equipment and accessories.
  3. Supports service for Sales Representatives.
  4. Regularly prepares and reports plans of activities, with the teamwork of the TS coordinator.
  5. Supports activity of service distributors, providers, as well as self-service customers on the Territory.
  6. Supports requests from Regional or Global teams with information related to technical activities on the territory.
  7. Actively represents and/or supports sales of technical services on the Territory (Spare parts; service contracts; training etc).
  8. Opportunity to develop as a technical trainer on a variety of devices - support to internal and external technicians.
  9. Supports and manages field actions, coordinate new product launches and end-of-life programs.
  10. Performs phone assistance to sales representatives or customers where needed.
Who we are looking for:
  1. University degree or equivalent technical education, electro-mechanical engineering background is a plus.
  2. Experience as a Field Service Engineer (Medical industry preferred).
  3. SEP qualifications up to 1 KV is nice to have.
  4. Driving license cat. B.
  5. Excellent customer orientation; ability to provide excellent customer service to clients and customers.
  6. Great teammate with very good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach yet able to work unsupervised and under pressure.
  7. Ability to interpret data, use dedicated software, read and implement service manuals procedures.
  8. Ability to plan, coordinate and run time effectively.
  9. English written and verbal communication skills.
  10. Good knowledge of digital solutions (IT connectivity, basic network communication setup).
  11. Readiness to travel during the week and weekends within region.
