We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Account Lead in Krakow, Poland.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the client by developing an understanding of their culture, workforce needs, and recruitment objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and proactive solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between the client, operations team, and local talent acquisition group.
  • Create and deliver clear, data-driven presentations that communicate recruitment strategies, results, and recommendations.
  • Attend operations and client meetings to stay informed on workforce requirements, capacity planning, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and evaluate recruitment performance by tracking key KPIs, and regularly present detailed performance reports to both the client and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Knowledge of Polish language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, client account management, or recruitment operations, preferably within an RPO or BPO setting.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
