Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Middle East or Africa region for health monitoring and baby care appliances.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors within family health monitoring electronics.
  • Distributor Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and e-commerce partners in the given region to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • New Product Launches: Coordinate the launch of new products in the market, ensuring optimal positioning and entry strategies.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet objectives.

  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape in the Asian region.
  • Background: Background in pharmaceutical business or medical technology, along with verifiable contacts within the specified areas.
  • Language Skills: English proficiency is essential. Any Middle East or African language skills will be an asset.
  • Education: Relevant university degree related to Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales may be helpful. Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification in sales/marketing is desirable.
  • Soft Skills: High level of self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently, with flexibility to travel extensively within the region. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
