Job Description - Procurement - Senior Process Associate - Polish – Remote Poland (CPG055874)

Inviting applications for the role of Procurement - Senior Process Associate - Polish – Remote Poland

In this role, you will support the indirect buying process of a worldwide FMCG customer, by triaging and approving purchase requests as per the agreed purchasing policy.

Responsibilities
  1. Validate Review Quote and Supporting Documentation attached in the Purchase Requisition
  2. Perform Compliance check and Create Purchase Orders in the relevant system
  3. Resolve Queries related to Vendor, PO Amendment, Training, Finding right approver
  4. Effectively manage internal customers on queries related to Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders received via Email or Ticketing tool
  5. Manual GR creation management
  6. Responsible for PO Management process e.g.: soft close POs, change PTs, change Incoterms, change PO owners
  7. Invoice reversal management when needed in collaboration with AP team
  8. Perform all duties within assigned timeline and effectively communicate progress of assigned tasks
  9. Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement
  10. Update the working procedures periodically
  11. Maintain and develop relationships with relevant markets and client serviced by team and all major customers within those markets as appropriate;
  12. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
  • Very good knowledge of Polish language, min. B2;
  • Good knowledge of English language, B2;
  • Previous experience in operational and tactical buying, procurement of indirect sourcing and procurement delivery as part of the overall procurement strategy;

  • Good problem solving ability
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast learner and team player
  • Good ability to work with sensitive, confidential information
  • Personal culture and client management experience
  • Willingness to improve through a fruitful collaboration with a world-class customer
  • Hands on experience on Coupa (preference) /Service Now tools is encouraged
