We are seeking an Organizational Culture and Wellbeing Expert to design and implement comprehensive employee experience programs and foster an agile, open organizational culture that prioritizes mental and physical health as well as healthy team relationships. This role involves developing long-term wellbeing strategies that cater to diverse employee needs, creating and executing initiatives that promote an inclusive organizational culture aligned with our strategic values and goals, and leading internal development programs to strengthen organizational culture and employee wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Expert Knowledge: Practical experience and expertise in the field of wellbeing (knowledge of the area, regulations, and best market practices in building a healthy and balanced work environment).
  • HR Program Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing HR programs and projects in large organizations focused on changing attitudes, behaviors, and skills of various employees in the area of well-being and organizational culture change.
  • Current Trends: Up-to-date with current trends in change management, organizational culture, employee engagement, and employer branding.
  • Training and Coaching Skills: Proven training and coaching skills backed by experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working with diverse teams – commercial, production, office, etc.
  • Core Competencies: Empathy, openness to others, and the ability to support others in increasing their engagement and motivation.
  • Independence and Organization: Self-reliant and organized in work.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Experience Design: Create and participate in designing top-notch employee experiences, contributing to an agile and open organizational culture focused on mental and physical health and healthy team relationships.
  • Wellbeing Strategy Development: Build long-term wellbeing strategies that consider the diverse needs of employees.
  • Initiative Implementation: Design and implement initiatives that support the development of an inclusive organizational culture in line with our values and strategic objectives.
  • Development Programs: Lead internal development programs aimed at enhancing organizational culture (e.g., appreciation, feedback, collaboration) and employee wellbeing.
  • Collaboration: Work with institutions, business partners, and suppliers to deliver the best solutions.
  • Effectiveness Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of the above initiatives, including reporting based on metrics that measure employee satisfaction.
