Kampanie realizowane we współpracy z nimi, pozwalają połączyć działania w wielu kanałach, by zrealizować założone cele.

Szukamy więc osoby, z którą dobrze będzie się nam, i naszym partnerom, pracowało. Osoby, która chce zweryfikować swoje umiejętności na dużych budżetach i realnych case’ach, które zmieniają postrzeganie marek i wpływają na decyzje zakupowe użytkowników.

Jeśli chcesz pracować w agencji, w której obsługujesz 20 klientów, na każdego poświęcasz 2h w tygodniu, jeśli nie chcesz się angażować w biznes klienta, czy rekomendować i testować nowych działań, to nie wysyłaj CV. Jeśli jednak chcesz przejść przyspieszony kurs planowania i realizacji kampanii, skupić się w całości na działaniach dla kilku klientów, to zapoznaj się z procesem rekrutacyjnym*:

Natomiast jeśli nie masz zamiaru przechodzić w pełni przez proces i robić zadań rekrutacyjnych, nie traćmy swojego czasu — zawsze możesz polecić kogoś kto to zrobi. Za polecenie osoby, która sprawdzi się na okresie próbnym zapłacę 2 000 zł .

Zakres obowiązków:

realizacja kampanii dla klientów z wykorzystaniem płatnych reklam, zwłaszcza w Google Ads i Facebook Ads (możliwość reklamowania na TikToku / Pintereście / Programmatic)
tworzenie tekstów reklamowych do reklam
optymalizacja aktywnych reklam pod kątem KPI (CPC, CPM, ROAS, CTR, itp.)
monitorowanie prowadzonych kampanii reklamowych i przygotowywanie raportów

Czego oczekują:

minimum rocznego doświadczenia w samodzielnym prowadzeniu kampanii efektywnościowych (najlepiej poparte osiągniętymi wynikami i przykładami) WARUNEK KONIECZNY
łatwość czytania wskaźników mediowych (CPC, ROAS, CPM, CTR, itd.)
dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego
doskonałej znajomości Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center
znajomość GTM
dobrej znajomości programu Excel
zaangażowania i inicjatywy
