Senior Sales Specialist, Major Projects
Location: Warsaw
In recent years, we've achieved remarkable success in executing numerous major projects. Our innovative solutions, such as the 8 m/s Double Deck and the latest KONE people flow offerings, have enabled us to fulfill our commitment to customers and establish a presence in iconic buildings overlooking city centers. Now, we're seeking a customer-oriented individual to join us in continuing this success story as a Senior Sales Specialist for Major Projects . The main goal is to develop sales for both new products and modernization, and to enhance our presence in the modernization market for major projects in the Poland & Ukraine region.
Responsibilities:
lead the sales efforts for both New Business Solutions and Modernization MP in Poland and Ukraine, focusing on delivering tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients; build and execute an early engagement and solution selling plan for current and potential future MP customers, showcasing KONE as a trusted advisor and partner; promote and demonstrate the value of KONE digital offering and KONE sustainability offering to customers; this could also include doing presentations in real-estate events or associations; build and execute a win plan for all active MP opportunities, including a clear stakeholder map of key decision-makers across different customer organizations (e.g. architect, developer, investor, general contractor..); identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, potential new targets, and influencers; collaborate closely with local sales teams, engineering, delivery operations, finance and marketing business partner to ensure demand generation, and successful sales and delivery process for major projects; analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth within the Major Projects segment; follow KONE Major projects sales process and related governance & approval flow in all projects, including CRM data quality of contacts, customers, influencers, opportunity management, and won and lost reporting; monitor and track sales performance against targets, implementing strategies to achieve and exceed goals;Qualifications:
proven track record of success in sales; preferred experience in a similar industry, in construction and/or infrastructure projects; strong understanding of construction industry dynamics and project management principles; excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels; strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving; ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment; good proficiency in English and Polish languages; willingness to travel as neededOffer:
