your tasks

  • proactively searching for new opportunities and initiate contacts with potential clients
  • develop and manage relations with partners
  • follow up on inquiries from potential clients
  • managing the whole process from an inquiry to securing the sale in form of a signed contract and handlingover the project to project execution.
  • collaboration with the senior group management, actively participate in the development of overall business strategy

what we expect

  • strong inter-personal skills
  • experience with sale of larger projects
  • experienced in working with contract paradigms and commercial terms
  • a network with in the thermal energy sector in Poland and possible other countries is required, experience in biogas is a plus
  • a technical understanding of thermal energy plants and boilers enabling participating in sales
  • ability to adhere to company guidelines
  • proactively able to drive sales projects and pursue opportunities
  • polish speaking – Fluent/Native
  • english language skills and motivation to work with colleagues across the globe.
  • ability to align with our core values: teamwork, excellence, innovation, and accountability.
  • proficient in using MS office
