Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in the central part of Poland. This is a unique opportunity to join a successful Italian healthcare company, Aboca, and contribute to our growth and success.

About the Role

The Sales Director will be responsible for managing the sales activities in the central region of Poland. This includes:

  • Effectively planning and executing sales strategies to achieve turnover, customer acquisition, and market share goals;
  • Coordinating with sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets and objectives;
  • Analyzing sales results, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing corrective actions;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key strategic partners;
  • Collaborating with other corporate functions to implement periodic offers and conditions of sale;
  • Providing regular reporting and ensuring the proper level of stock.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university education in economics or a scientific background;
  • Fluent Polish and English language skills; Italian is preferred;
  • Experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare industry;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of approximately 100,000-120,000 PLN per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
