about-project :
The purpose of this global role is to provide SME/Business analyst support in Employee inquiries platforms used in People Services and Solutions (PS&S) - HR ServiceNow but also People Direct Portal or potentially future digital assistant. Other responsibilities will include driving HR Data Quality strategy through identifying and addressing various risk areas connected with data quality, data security, and compliance with GDPR or similar compliance.

responsibilities :
Act as a Subject Matter Expert / Business Analyst for employees' inquiries regarding systems & platforms
Provide liaison between the PS&S and the platforms teams
Improve efficiency in the way of working or through functionalities of the platforms (existing or futures) and is involved in investment requests/business case analysis
Analyse new cases or new areas of application of existing platforms
Ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification
Own the relationship with platform architect to identify, prioritize, model, and document business, process, and data requirements
Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes
Work with the platform team to develop release estimates & supporting the testing efforts
Cooperate with stakeholders to drive adoption by designing and providing necessary training, identifying and addressing wrong ways of working, providing documentation
Be the first point of contact for potential malfunctions of the platforms
Own PS&S Data Quality framework (tool for identifying data quality/security risks and mitigation actions)
Coordinate central/regional/local data quality checks that are needed to mitigate the risks and report on the status
Involve CI in analysis of more complex data quality issues to provide structural solutions to the problems
Be an expert and contact point for Data Privacy matters for the process in scope of PS&S

requirements-expected :
Fluent English
Solid experience in global or regional Shared Services environments in HR area working as business analyst / SME to ServiceNow platform (or similar) and/or HR chatbots
Excellent understanding of Workforce Administration Processes like Hiring, Moving and Exiting, Payroll
Experience working with Workday; previous experience in working in Workday HCM especially Reporting or OM module will be an asset
Practical knowledge of risk management and assurance processes
Understanding and practical application of reporting and analytical tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPivot, Power BI, ClickSense, ClickView, Cognos, Tableau or similar
Very Good understanding of Quality Management subject areas like
Continuous improvement mindset
Good understanding of technologies applied to HR Shared Service environments
