We are looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist .

You're a good fit for us if you are:
Proven track record (with a minimum of 3 years ) in managing complex paid campaigns across diverse ad systems, particularly Meta Ads , LinkedIn Ads , and TikTok Ads .
Proficient at analyzing various sources , including GA4 and Pixel integrations .
Experienced in planning, executing, and refining ad campaigns and strategies.
Creative with a deep understanding of what makes an ad work.
Proficient in English - we require at least a B2 level in speaking and writing , as we work in an international team of experts and clients.
Adept at juggling priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. There are times when multiple threads are happening at the same time, and you believe in handling them in the most optimal way.
Value open communication - we're looking for people who aren't afraid to discuss challenges.
Enjoy working in an agency ecosystem where there's never a dull moment and many exciting projects are happening.
Curious and committed to expanding your skills and knowledge in online marketing.
