Your responsibilities, Support digital product definition, elaborate requirements and establish measurement approaches for the target solution(s);, Work with the product owner and business to understand high level requirements, taking an active role in understanding core problem statements and business drivers;, Input into Business Case preparation, providing context and data to underpin assumptions;, Drive and own the definition of requirements, working with the Product Owner and development teams (creative/ UX/ technology) to create user stories ready for development;, Drive the solution implementation, working and collaborating with multiple teams;, Develop and implement measurement and actionable metrics into requirements;, Reflect the legal, cross border and regulatory requirements into digital product design as required;, Support digital product production, working within multi-disciplinary agile teams to deliver excellent new products and/or iterations to existing products to meet user needs;, Respond, react and monitor change and transition within the product lifecycle.
Experience in business and technical systems analysis, logical data modelling, gap analysis and requirements documentation (with a focus on expressing requirements and user needs within the agile framework);, Strong understanding of the digital product development process, ranging from requirements and idea inception through to development and execution;, Content Management System (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) architecture and implementation;, Understanding of SEO strategies and Accessibility;, Experience in working collaboratively with domain experts to inform solutions, working with the Product Owner and project teams to define acceptance criteria;, Knowledge of User Centred design approaches and methodologies;, Understanding digital UX and UI design and its application to Banking/Wealth;, The ability to translate of complex business ideas and processes into clear- user-led requirements/ stories;, The ability to make clear judgements based on a range of factors e.g. commercials, risk, customer experience; determine the implications and make recommendations as needed;, Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external stakeholders;, Undergraduate or higher qualification.
Optional, Experience on Adobe cloud ( Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe DAM and Adobe Target;, User testing methods and analysis;, User flow and UX principles and practices;, Working with creating lo-fidelity prototypes for the purpose of conveying and testing ideas;, Understanding how the changing regulatory environment has impacts on the digital product design process.
