For our client, founded in 1884 as a Swiss luxury watchmaker, known for precision-made chronometers designed for aviators, we seek a Program and Transition Manager to join our team and drive the development and success of the high-end timepieces. Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Daily discussions with stakeholders on requirements, priorities, and setting dates for workshops, tests, etc. Communication of scopes, timelines, risks, changes. Establishing relationships with stakeholders is key to this role. Program management:
Create plans for projects under the program. Detecting project dependencies. Create alignment across multiple teams. Detect, assess and communicate risks within the organization. Create release strategies to align with dependent products and the needs of the organization. Having a broad knowledge of project management is needed to create plans, scopes and budgets for individual projects within the program. Team aligning:
Synchronize the priorities of several teams. Work with teams in Agile/Kanban/ITIL methodologies in the delivery of future product releases. Reporting:
Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on team progress, product development, plan execution and timelines. Reporting at project level, but also C-level. Transition Management:
Execution and management of the prepared transition plan for the new team (20 people). Status reporting, checking the execution of each of the elements, collecting feedback and responding to needs and changes. Consistently maintain high-quality customer communication and brand building. Readiness for travelling ca. 3 days/month for the first six months. If you possess Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Knowledge of fundamentals of data preparation/ data modelling necessary for the visualisation purpose. Minimum 5 years of experience in developing advanced Business Intelligence solutions. Expertise in Power BI:
Power BI Desktop, including Power BI Service and Power Query. Experience in publishing and sharing the dashboards and scheduling data refreshes. Strong understanding of Power BI user and group security configuration. Hands-on experience with DAX and data modelling. Experience with SQL and database management (MS SQL Server etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Microsoft Power BI certification (e.G. Power BI Data Analyst Associate) will be an asset Experience with the AWS ecosystem will be a plus.
