In this role, you will be responsible for:
Service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.
We are looking for a reliable and accurate team player, who will take the responsibility for delegated tasks. A self-motivated and flexible person who is willing to travel At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Technical Service and Application Team and report to the Field Technical Service Supervisor, responsible for managing installation and maintenance of Beckman Coulter products in Poland. Your responsibilities in general are:
Conduct service, repair and/or installation of our products, as well as IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing in accordance with maintenance contracts.

Make diagnoses of the system failures and settles most effective solution.

Raise complex issues to higher level of technical support or quality reporting system.

Develop new customer service/product agreements.

Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.

What we are looking for:
Technical knowledge and experience within Medical Devices/ Diagnostics in service maintenance area (or in other highly regulated industry)

BS.C in Engineering (Bioengineering, Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical). Medical Devices expertise

High level of customer orientation.

Ability to drive a car and be flexible with working time - more than 50% of travelling is required.

Proficient English and Polish.

Flawless interpersonal and planning skills.

Independent and self-starting attitude.​

Developed analytical skills and application of scientific methods to perform a variety of activities

Ability to recognize and solve typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established operating procedures and/or scientific methods
