Customer Service Coordinator with German Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk Your responsibilities •Manage and create orders in AX Dynamics
•Handling customers’ requests regarding orders
•Daily contact with customers
•Create credit notes
•Arranging transport with Supply Chain, communicate transport costs and options to the customers
•Daily invoicing

As our Customer Service coordinator, your job will entail everyday contact with our German customers, including receiving and entering orders into our system, coordinating the production process with our factories, as well as our logistics partner; informing the customers of pending deliveries etc. This is done mostly through mail, but you’ll be expected to answer the phone and help customers with their questions as well (you can expect a few phone calls a day). Swisspearl operates as a B2B company, so you’ll be dealing with salespeople and representatives of other German companies, not individual clients.

In addition to contacts with customers, your job will entail minor administrative duties, such as creating invoices, occasional updates of price and discount lists and so forth.

You will conduct these duties as a part of a two-person team, and you can always count on help from our veteran sales team as well as the production managers of our factories.
Our requirements German language at C1 level is a must
English at a good level
