Kraków Your responsibilities Associate manager is responsible for managing a team and facilitating flow of information across multiple stakeholders to resolve any potential issues that impact customer experience/ business continuity. The candidate should have a strong Customer Service or Technical Support background and should be able to communicate clearly in the written and oral form. Candidate should be able to come up with process improvements & drive them through completion.
- Client interaction and relationship management
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Identifying the business impact of trends and making data backed decisions.
- Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards
- Manage and coordinate daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Responsible for supervising & training.
- People management, motivation, development and retention.
- Oversee the development and implementation of new systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer service Our requirements Graduation is mandate. Minimum 7 years of experience in customer service/ technical support with minimum 3 years’ experience in people management role.
