Now we are looking for International Accounting & Taxes Manager. If you are a professional with a high level of competence in financial and tax accounting for companies with jurisdictions around the world, we invite you to become a part of our Finance Department. You will be one of key team members who strengthen the Finance team and contribute to the development of our International Accounting & Taxes function.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related fields;
5+ years of experience in international accounting and taxes, preferably in IT industry environment (Big6 experience will be a plus);
Demonstrated competence of accounting practices and procedures, including IFRS and other regulatory reporting standards;
Strong knowledge of international taxes (VAT, CIT, WHT etc);
Knowledge and experience with accounting software/ ERP systems (1C, BAS, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, etc);
MS Excel, Google Sheets on Advanced level;
Strong financial expertise - financial reporting/ auditing (international qualifications like CAP/CIPA, ACCA, DipIFR (completed or in progress) would be an advantage);
English - Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate (must be sufficient level to oral and written).

,[Preparation and control of the availability of initial documents for non-resident companies, systematization and administration of documentation taking into account the jurisdiction specifics;, Conduct day-to-day accounting under IFRS for legal entities, perform period-end closing procedures;, Creation of an accounting policy in accordance with the legislation on accounting based on the specifics of business conditions;, Preparation financial statements (PL, BS, CF, Changes in Equity) of foreign entities under IFRS on a regular bases (monthly, quarterly, annually);, Monitoring the returns preparation for submission to tax authorities in all jurisdictions;, Coordination the workflow of external accounting service providers in different jurisdictions;, Support the Group’s companies external audit, collect and submit to auditors all information in response to audit inquiries and substantive procedures, defends the results of the audit and achieves positive conclusions;, Manage the implementing Group’s tax strategy, managing tax risks, developing and maintaining internal controls over tax-related processes;, Manage work with CFCs: tracking tax legislation, filing reports to tax authorities, monitoring transactions of Group’s companies;, Tracking and analyzing changes in tax legislation in the territories where the Group is represented, finding the best ways to maintain accounting and tax records;, Automatization of reporting preparation processes;, Team management (1 International Accountant in subordination);, Collaboration with the Treasury, Financial controlling and Legal & Compliance Teams. ] Requirements: Accounting, Degree, IFRS, ERP, SAP, Oracle, MS Excel, ACCA, BS, Audit, Team management Tools: .
