  • Supervision over the high quality of accounting and tax services to the clients: Ensure that all accounting and tax services delivered to clients meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Constant advisory role to clients - accounting and tax issues: Provide ongoing expert advice to clients, helping them navigate complex accounting and tax matters with confidence.
  • Managing and developing a team of accountants: Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering their professional growth and ensuring efficient team performance.
  • Building good partnership relations with key clients: Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted partner and advisor.
  • Ensuring internal integrity of process and procedures: Maintain and oversee the integrity of internal processes and procedures, ensuring they are followed meticulously and consistently.
  • Preparation and signing of financial statements, tax declarations, and reports: Oversee the preparation, review, and authorization of financial statements, tax declarations, and various reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

  • Financial education - degree in accounting or finance (additional certifications as a plus): Possess a degree in accounting or finance, with extra certifications being a desirable asset.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience gained as Team Leader/Supervisor: Have at least three years of proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating your ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Experience in outsourcing and/or advisory firms (mandatory): Significant experience in outsourcing or advisory firms is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong plus.
  • Broad knowledge in International and Polish accounting standards and tax regulations (Polish): Possess comprehensive knowledge of both International and Polish accounting standards and tax regulations, particularly those specific to Poland.
  • Decent command of spoken and written English - daily cooperation with foreigners: Exhibit a good command of both spoken and written English, essential for daily interactions with international colleagues and clients.
  • Experience in working with international clients: Experience in working on IFRS would be a bonus.
  • Team management (min. 3 years): Have a minimum of three years of experience in managing teams, showcasing your leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate in challenging and dynamic environments: Demonstrate the ability to thrive and remain effective in challenging and rapidly changing environments.
  • Easiness in identifying issues, presenting them, and recommending solutions clearly and in an efficient manner: Show proficiency in identifying problems, presenting them clearly, and efficiently recommending viable solutions.
  • 'Can do' attitude, problem solving and customer service orientation: Exhibit a positive, proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer service orientation, which are highly valued qualities.
