This position reports to IS Service Owner Cross Domain Services
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

The work model for the role is: Li-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Technology and Innovation Domain, Master Data Service in Global Business Services. Main stakeholders are Master Data Domain Managers and Business Area Data Managers.

You will be mainly accountable for:
• End-to-end responsibility for maintenance and development of applications.
• Shaping of Roadmap for application; Maintaining change backlog for applications and platforms, driving application change process and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Maintaining good relations with Stakeholders, providing regular status updates/health checks to main business representatives.
• Fulfilling the service requests in the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborating with IS Service Owner to define the domain service catalog.
• Dedicating resources to monitor problem volumes, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) quality, solution timelines, and following up on potential improvement opportunities.
• Supporting major incident and critical situation resolution by finding the root cause of incidents (through known errors and root cause analysis), defining workarounds, and following up on fixing root causes (by planning problem resolution and change implementation)

Qualifications for the role
Proven experience in managing global application/services or implementation projects
Ability to demonstrate your experience in data management area
Possess an enhanced knowledge of managing global IT applications and working with IT Service Management concepts
You are immersed in ITIL and SCRUM methodologies and the software development market
You are at ease communicating in English, providing timely and concise information to others
