Twój zakres obowiązków, Realizacja zgłoszeń w ramach drugiej linii wsparcia dla klienta międzynarodowego, Analiza zgłoszeń i rozwiązywanie problemów lub dalsza eskalacja do następnego poziomu wsparcia, Zarządzanie incydentami, Kontakt z użytkownikami końcowymi, Dokumentowanie podjętych działań i rozwiązań w systemie zgłoszeniowym, Współtworzenie bazy wiedzy
Szukamy osób, które posiadają:, Bardzo dobrą znajomość angielskiego (min. B2/C1) oraz komunikatywną języka niemieckiego, Zdolność analitycznego myślenia, Doświadczenie we wsparciu użytkowników w międzynarodowym środowisku, Znajomość metodologii ITIL, Umiejętność sprawnej pracy na systemach zgłoszeniowych, Zdolności interpersonalne i ukierunkowanie na Klienta, Proaktywne podejście przy rozwiązywaniu problemów i poszukiwaniu rozwiązań, Podstawowa znajomość Powershell i SQL będzie dodatkowym atutem
