ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW
Jako Product Manager będziesz wspierać nasz zespół zarządzania produktami w różnych zadaniach administracyjnych i operacyjnych. Odegrasz kluczową rolę w zapewnieniu płynnej realizacji procesów zarządzania produktami oraz w ułatwianiu skutecznej komunikacji między różnymi działami. To doskonała okazja dla osoby z pasją do branży FMCG i chęcią pracy w dynamicznym, międzynarodowym środowisku.

· Wsparcie zespołu zarządzania produktami w codziennych zadaniach administracyjnych.
· Pomoc w przygotowywaniu i utrzymaniu dokumentacji produktowej,
· Koordynacja z wewnętrznymi działami, takimi jak Marketing, Sprzedaż i Łańcuch Dostaw, aby zapewnić terminowe i dokładne wprowadzenie nowych produktów oraz aktualizacje.
· Przeprowadzanie badań rynkowych i analiz w celu wspierania inicjatyw rozwoju i doskonalenia produktów.
· Wsparcie w zarządzaniu danymi produktowymi w systemach firmy, zapewniając ich dokładność i kompletność.
· Skuteczna komunikacja z interesariuszami w języku angielskim, dostarczanie niezbędnych informacji i aktualizacji.
· Pomoc w przygotowywaniu raportów, prezentacji i innych materiałów na spotkania wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne.
· Uczestnictwo w projektach międzydziałowych oraz wsparcie zespołu zarządzania produktami w różnych zadaniach ad hoc.

POSZUKIWANE KOMPETENCJE
· Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie.
· Poprzednie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku lub w sektorze FMCG będzie dodatkowym atutem.
· Doskonałe umiejętności organizacyjne i dbałość o szczegóły.
· Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne.
· Zdolność do pracy samodzielnej oraz w zespole w dynamicznym środowisku.
· Biegłość w obsłudze pakietu Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Analityczne podejście i umiejętność prowadzenia badań oraz analizowania danych.
· Chęć nauki i adaptacji do nowych zadań i wyzwań.
