We are seeking a skilled Transition Manager to join our client's team in Krakow. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German and have infrastructure background experience.
responsibilities :
Delivering Transition Projects in line with Global Transition methodology managing risk governance quality assurance issue resolution reporting
Developing Transition plans responding to RFPs RFIs and supporting the sales team with complete ownership of the Transition solution
Managing the wider transition team involving internal delivery resources 3rd third-party suppliers account team members and client stakeholders
Ensure commercial project milestones are agreed upon and published and that transition invoices are raised by agreed payment terms if applicable
Set overall direction for the Transition program team
Monitoring progress to make sure client deliverables are delivered on time and within budget
Working with clients Transition Lead to establish a governance organization
Monitoring stakeholder expectations and taking corrective action to address gaps
requirements-expected :
Fluent in English and German
Previous experience as a Transition Manager PMO
IS transition experience
Experience in leading teams
Knowledge of tools: Microsoft Project Excel, PowerPoint
Understanding of project management processes and procedures and adhering to prescribed transition methodology
Understanding of the tools and technology landscape current trends and applicability in the outsourcing environment
Ability to lead and get work done from multifunctional teams
