Your mission 2023 has been a big year for hyperexponential. Our profile is growing rapidly, and our customer base with it. We have tonnes of exciting features to develop and we want to deliver more of them in parallel, sooner, safer, than we've ever done before. To make sure we're set for the future we're going to be looking at all our systems, refreshing most of them and reworking the rest to get us ready for anything. It's a deeply exciting prospect for us, and your mission will be to help us deliver this
In the Data Experience team, our mission is to build new systems that will unlock the value of the data our customers have in hx Renew. We’re building features that enable our customers to understand and optimise the decisions they make when modelling risk.

Required e xperience and skills Support the professional growth and skill development of junior team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
Proven polyglot, our stack currently makes use of Rust, Scala, Kotlin and Python
Experience working with ETL/ELT pipelines, and building interfaces to data lakes
Experience with AWS and Terraform
Have built cloud applications at scale
Have a demonstrably good working knowledge of fundamental computer science and software engineering principles (algorithms, data structures, complexity, design patterns, architecture)
Have experience of a complete product development lifecycle (conception through to delivery)
