Zapewniamy wsparcie consultingowe całego cyklu życia produktu – od znalezienia producenta (Chiny i Tajlandia), importu towaru do Europy, po kompleksową obsługę sprzedażową oraz techniczną kont na platformach marketplace.

Szukamy osób dla których naturalny stan rzeczy to:

Bardzo dobra znajomość specyfiki technicznej platform marketplace (m.in. Amazon, Allegro, Kaufland, Cdiscount, ebay)
Kontakt z drugim człowiekiem i chęć pomocy w rozwiązaniu jego problemów;
Utrzymywanie odpowiednich proporcji empatii i asertywności;
Pasja do budowania trwałych i dobrych relacji;
Praca w zorganizowanym ekosystemie opartym na procesach;
Współpraca z pozostałymi działami w firmie;
Prowadzenie zadań w Clickup lub podobnym narzędziu;
Komunikacja z zespołem w SLACK lub podobnym komunikatorze.

opracowanie strategii sprzedaży, układanie harmonogramu i podziału prac na koncie klienta
negocjacje budżetów na działania marketingowe
selekcja produktów (na podstawie analizy danych), kalkulacje marżowe
onboarding klientów biznesowych na marketplace (Amazon, Kaufland, Allegro)
doradztwo w kwestii wyglądu listingów (w tym a+ content, storefront, brand story)
rekomendacje wysokości stanów magazynowych (FBA)
