At least 5 years proven experience in leading and implementing change management initiatives.
Strong understanding of change theory and organizational development.
At least 1 year in using Jira, Confluence.
Fluent English, other languages are a plus.
Proficiency in stakeholder management at various levels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of risk mitigation tactics and change management software.
Effective communication of technical information to non-technical staff.
Efficient leadership competencies to drive change effectively.
Familiarity with business management principles and systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
