Zrozumienie technologii cyfrowych oraz trendów rynkowych w sektorze cyfrowej bankowości, szczególnie w obszarze płatności
Praktyczna znajomość metodologii Scrum
Znajomość metodologii zarządzania projektami i umiejętność ich stosowania w praktyce
Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego
