We are the European Association of Software Engineering, a private IT community that helps Ukrainian IT businesses expand to international markets. We also produced the documentary The First Code about the history of Ukrainian IT.

✅ We organize more than 10 events per month
✅ We develop international partnerships and set up Ukrainian national stands at international conferences
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities: ✅ Plan and implement sales strategies
✅ Actively search for and attract new customers
✅ Prepare commercial offers
✅ Participate in conferences and exhibitions
✅ Provide ongoing client support
✅ Invite potential members to EASE events
✅ Maintain work reports
Candidate requirements: ✅ At least 1 year of experience in IT sales
✅ Knowledge of the IT market
✅ Ability to analyze the market and competitors
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Physical presence in Warsaw and ability to attend EASE events
