Overview

Commercial Sales Manager develops and communicates tactical direction and strategies to various sellers and business stakeholders in order to achieve revenue targets across the Enterprise business (Commercial and Public Sector) in Central Europe region.

Commercial Sales Manager leverages expertise of customer business needs and desired outcomes, implementing and proactively monitoring the use of new tools and processes to achieve revenue goals with ethical selling methods.

As a People Manager, this person develops talents and coaches others to optimize workload related to sales execution, in alignment with Microsoft "Model, Coach, Care" principles. Driving employee growth and development and managing performance are among the key responsibilities of this role from the human resources standpoint.

He/she supports the account teams to set expectations on value delivery and ensures that they are aligned on customer/partner priorities, strategies, and budget to better structure deals that drive annuity and cloud growth. Commercial Sales Manager helps teams to design deals that enable the company to accelerate the business.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)

Extensive sales and negotiation experience OR Master's or Bacherlor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND extensive sales and negotiation experience  OR equivalent experience. Solid sales management or sales executive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

You drive strategic insights into deal making by leveraging audience understanding and knowledge of decision-maker buying criteria. You foster alignment across teams, especially with regard to aligning Microsoft portfolio and customer business outcomes. You coach teams to design deals that enable the company to accelerate the business.You oversee compliance strategy and execution. You leverage understanding of liability to evaluate and recommend risk tolerance strategies. You coach others to apply proven sales methodologies. You have people management responsibilities, including driving employee growth and development, executing projects, and managing performance.
