Customer Service Representative with French or German Miejsce pracy: Szczecin Twój zakres obowiązków Odpowiadanie na pytania klientów telefonicznie oraz mailowo.
Koordynacja procesu realizacji usługi u klienta od podpisania umowy do pełnej realizacji zadania.
Rozwiązywanie problemów i zgłoszeń od klientów.
Udzielanie informacji dotyczących oferowanych usług.
Budowanie zaufania i lojalności klientów poprzez profesjonalną i wysokiej jakości obsługę.
Prowadzenie dokumentacji dotyczącej interakcji z klientami.
Współpraca z pozostałymi działami w firmie.
Nasze wymagania Bardzo dobra znajomość języka francuskiego lub niemieckiego w mowie i piśmie- umożliwiającą swobodną komunikację (min. B2).
Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B1).
Znajomość języka polskiego na poziomie C1.
Doświadczenie w obszarze obsługi klienta B2B minimum 1-2 lata.
Znajomość technik cross-sellingu i up-sellingu.
Dobrze rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i zorientowanie na klienta.
Umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów i pracy pod presją czasu.
Dobra organizacja pracy, dokładność i sumienność.
Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office.
