About the project, As a Senior Finance IT PMO, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, supporting the Security as a Platform Portfolio to ensure the delivery of technology services within budget and meeting stretch targets., , Join us, and navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence, Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work up to 70% remotely
Your responsibilities, Supporting the team with financial management, including budget tracking and forecasting across various cost categories, Managing Portfolio P&L, including actuals, accruals, and reporting, Implementing workforce strategy and resource management operations, Ensuring accuracy and alignment of workforce data across relevant tools and systems (Pioneer MPP, Pioneer TPM, GPDM, COGNOS, SAM Tool & more), Handling third-party engagements, SOWs, contracts, and approvals
A proven track record in operational, planning, or financial management, Proficiency in financial management and reporting, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong analytical abilities and a passion for metrics, Experience working globally with remote teams, Motivation to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment, Familiarity with key tools like Pioneer, Discover, GPDM, Clarity, Cognos, Jira, and Confluence
Optional, Excellent Excel skills, Experience with Power BI and SQL, Experience of working on a global scale
