At least bachelor degree in industrial engineering, industrial trade or equivalent;
Min. 5 years business experience in warehouse operation and supply chain management - preferably in packaging and labeling area;
Knowledge about automotive industry, structures and processes;
Experience in managing an international team in a matrix organization;
Very good experience in driving cross functional projects (project management and process management skills) and experience in impact analysis and requirements management;
Fluent English, other languages like German, Portuguese or Chinese would be an asset;
High interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team;
Key competencies : customer focus , perseverance, problem solving, conflict management, international collaboration, culture and regional understanding.
