PMO Specialist is a person who is independent and self-organized individual contributor who works in autonomous. As a PMO Specialist, you will support the team in achieving its goals by carrying out tasks that ensure a smooth flow of knowledge and other resources, maintenance and development of e.g. commercial product.

responsibilities :
Maintaining positive work experience for employees and contractors.
Taking care of onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintaining employee information on the internal tools and processes.
Organization of internal and external events like Innovation & Planning week, knowledge sharing events, team integration events.
Administrative support and response to daily needs of team.
Supporting the team in the implementation of tasks related to Jira/Confluence/Mural/iObeya/others.
Supporting the team in the creation and modifying other processes according to emerging needs.
Administrating projects in Clarity and “Koordinator” .
Preparing materials/presentations for various needs (including general presentation, audit, reporting).
Supporting on some administrative tasks (e.g. system booking, travel organisation).
Managing time reporting process / updating reports/ coordinating data import process (Pelikan).
Investment settlement.

Knowledge of Jira and Excell.
