responsibilities :
Lead in design and/or promoting global end-to-end AP processes and solution standards, maintain updated knowledge of trends and developments in the Accounts Payable field
Evaluate the effectiveness of the Procure to Pay process and propose necessary improvements, including AP Transformation Roadmap
Develop and lead AP process stream governance model (e.g., meetings, reporting to key stakeholders)
Ensure (AP process relevant) alignment with key strategic projects
Ensure realization of AP business requirements in conjunction with related IT systems
Track and respond to available KPI measurements, and provide recommendations for improvements
Handle escalation addressed by process owners for non-adherence within processes, develop solution plan and measures and present to management for execution
Design and develop training materials and programs to meet identified needs; execute trainings
Leads independent set of projects
Proactively Identify root cause analysis of repetitive problems, propose actions to eliminate/reduce future issues in cooperation with external and internal stakeholders
Oversee, advise on resolution, and escalate IT tickets, ensure close and effective cooperation between BPO, Markets and IT
Drive and/or lead in the new systems/solutions implementation and ongoing tasks related to data analysis, requirements gathering, system/solution tests
Be an ambassador of the changes
Support on an as-needed basis to both AP retained and outsourced organizations (e.g., trainings / coaching and issue resolution) enhancements

requirements-expected :
Very good language skills in English
Global IT system knowledge and experience (e.g., Oracle, Inspyrus, JDE, etc.)
Experience in process improvement/project management, including cross-functional projects
Very good understanding of AP accounting principles and processes
High level of functional knowledge and understanding of end-to-end process, and existing technology solutions
Communication skills – ability to communicate a global vision, yet detail oriented, ability to liaise between business and technology teams
Change management skills
