Jako Senior Product Manager znajdziesz się na przecięciu technologii, designu i biznesu. Twoim zadaniem będzie prowadzenie rozwoju aplikacji mobilnej Blix skierowanej do konsumentów. Liczymy, że wykorzystasz swoją wiedzę na temat naszego rynku, użytkowników i technologii, aby tworzyć rozwiązania dostarczające wyjątkowej wartości i satysfakcji.

responsibilities :
Udział w definiowaniu oraz realizacji strategii produktu oraz roadmapy zgodnie z wizją i strategią rozwoju spółki w oparciu o zidentyfikowane potrzeby użytkowników.
Zarządzanie i egzekucja ciągłego procesu discovery (badania użytkowników, analiza rynku i produktu, monitorowanie konkurencji).
Aktywna współpraca i współtworzenie propozycji rozwiązań produktowych wraz z zespołem Product Design.
Opracowywanie kompleksowej dokumentacji produktowej (specyfikacji funkcjonalnych, diagramów, map użytkowników, user stories i scenariuszy dla zespołów interdyscyplinarnych).
Budowanie i zarządzanie backlogiem w oparciu o wiedzę pozyskaną z wielu źródeł.
Konsultacje planowanych wdrożeń z działem IT.
Aktywna współpraca i przewodnictwo zespołów produktowych w planowaniu, budowaniu i ocenie rezultatów rozwiązań produktowych.
Egzekucja procesu wdrożeń projektów - pilotaż i project management implementacji.
Ciągłe monitorowanie, analizowanie i raportowanie kluczowych metryk produktowych (MAU, WAU, DAU, retencja, zaangażowanie).
Analiza efektów wdrożeń - cykliczne badanie wpływu wdrożeń i zmian w aplikacji na kluczowe metryki produktowe i biznesowe.

requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 lata udokumentowanego doświadczenia w roli product managera, z naciskiem na rozwój i zarządzanie aplikacjami mobilnymi dla konsumentów.
Udokumentowane doświadczenie w zarządzaniu i rozwijaniu znaczących, dojrzałych produktów (preferowane konsumenckie aplikacje mobilne dla konsumentów).
Dobra znajomość i zrozumienie nowoczesnych praktyk zarządzania produktem, analizy danych i projektowania zorientowanego na użytkownika.
Umiejętność wykorzystania danych do podejmowania decyzji produktowych.
Znajomość narzędzi analitycznych dedykowanych aplikacjom mobilnym.
Doświadczenie w pracy w trybie remote-first (umiejętność efektywnej organizacji pracy zdalnej i współpracy zespołowej na odległość).
Przyszłościowe myślenie: antycypowanie przyszłych trendów i ich implikacji.
Zrozumienie i cenienie potrzeb oraz perspektywy użytkowników.
Znajomość zasad i trendów w projektowaniu doświadczenia użytkownika w mobile.
Umiejętność motywowania członków zespołu i interesariuszy do wspólnej wizji.
Dobra organizacja pracy - skrupulatne podejście do planu pracy oraz egzekucja planowanych czynności w zespole.
Samodzielność - drive do podejmowania decyzji
Samodyscyplina - doświadczenie w kontroli zadań do wykonania
Odpowiedzialność - emocjonalna relacja z realizowaną misją
Wnikliwość - naturalna skłonność do szczegółowej analizy danych i przypadków użycia wybranych funkcjonalności
Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne, zarówno werbalne, jak i pisemne, umożliwiające skuteczną współpracę z różnymi zespołami oraz wpływanie na decyzje i zaprezentowanie wizji produktu i jego rozwoju.
Elastyczność: umiejętność szybkiego dostosowywania się do zmian w środowisku pracy zdalnej.

Pracujemy całkowicie zdalnie i nie będziemy tego zmieniać. Jeśli potrzebujesz – mamy też biuro w centrum Poznania.
Pracujemy w elastycznych godzinach, równocześnie chcemy, żebyś był dostępny(-a) w Core Hours (10.00 - 15.00).
Pracujemy nad rozwojem własnych produktów/aplikacji, dlatego zależy nam na osobach, które mają drive i chcą wygrywać budując sukces rozwijanej in-house marki.
Komunikujemy się głównie na Slacku, do spotkań wykorzystujemy Google Meet.
