Channel Partner Marketing Specialist 

 

We are the largest Polish manufacturer of Enterprise Low-Code Application Platform software and a leader among electronic document workflow system providers in Poland. We operate from our offices in Krakow and Seattle, USA. Our WEBCON BPS platform is revolutionizing the way companies around the world automate and optimize their business processes. 

 

As a Channel Marketing Specialist, you will coordinate and execute marketing projects in collaboration with our system integrator partners, driving strategic initiatives and fostering strong partnerships. 

 

Your responsibilities 

  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate marketing projects in collaboration with our partners across EMEA 
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for marketing matters for partners 
  • Managing and developing business relationships with key channel partners
  • Coordinating joint marketing activities such as events, content marketing, PR, social media, performance campaigns, and video marketing
  • Managing marketing budget
  • Planning and executing marketing activities aligned with the company's strategy  
  • Collaborating with channel partner ambassadors and sales departments to enhance the recognition of the WEBCON brand and support sales through marketing efforts
  • Evaluating campaign results and reporting to senior leadership 

 

Requirements 

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a marketing specialist, preferably experienced in overseeing channel marketing initiatives 
  • Experience in B2B marketing  
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing impactful marketing projects and campaigns 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • A metrics-driven approach to marketing, with focus on data analysis
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills
  • Proactiveness: Proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Open to Feedback: Willingness to receive and act on feedback
