Purchasing Agent with French & SpanishYour responsibilities
Providing support to the purchasing function:
- Monitoring open/new purchase requisitions / open contracts in the system
- Converting purchase requisition (or contract) to purchase order in SAP
- Creating suppliers’ profiles in the system
- Preparing and launching RFQs basing on data provided by the buyers
- Monitoring suppliers’ responses, contacting suppliers via e-mail or phone
- Registration of Bank Guarantees in the system
- Giving support to the resolution of claims/disputes and operational issues (i.e. incorrect invoices, urgencies etc.)
- Managing of web cycles (discrepancies between suppliers’ invoices and our system) in cooperation with Finance, Buyers, Project Managers and Suppliers
- Executing functional tests when required (for example, interfaces, supplier portal, etc.)
- Supporting buyers in their day-to-day requests
- Supporting processes for two (or more) countries (diversified tasks)
Our requirements
- Very Good command of French (C1) and Spanish (min.B1)
- Good knowledge of English
- Additional foreign language would be an asset (Dutch or German)
- University degree (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
- 1-2 years’ experience in a shared services organization would be an asset
- Previous experience in purchasing/logistics - nice to have
- Previous experience in procurement processes in the area of Capex - would be an asset
- MS Excel knowledge - at good level
- Experience with IT systems (preferably SAP MM) would be an asset
- Good team-player
