You need:
• At least 2 years of experience as a WebCon developer/analyst.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to use BPMN/UML notation.
• Ability to efficiently communicate with business.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues to ensure the availability of core company processes.
• Very good command of English.
• To be able to write complex SQL queries.
• At least a bachelor's degree.
• Great command of Polish language, being fully confident collaborating with Polish native speakers (at least C1). Nice to haves:
• You are a certified WebCon proffesional.
• Experience with the SCRUM working model.
