Opis stanowiska - Provide 2nd/3rd line support for critical business applications (e.g., JD Edwards, M-Files, Enova365, Docmap) - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents/requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption. - Collaborate with IT teams (network, compute, security, architecture) to solve complex issues. - Perform root cause analysis and propose long-term solutions as part of problem management. - Ensure application performance, stability, and compliance with standards. - Build and implement automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. - Actively contribute to Continuous Service Improvement and the "Shift-Left" strategy. - Stay up to date on security trends and conduct regular compliance reviews. - Support end-users with clear, effective communication. Profil kandydata - 3+ years of experience in IT systems engineering / administration. - Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server & T-SQL. - Proficient in PowerShell. - Experience with container technologies (Kubernetes desirable). - Background in Level 2/3 business application support. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset.
