- As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution undergoing a large-scale transformation towards Agile delivery models. You will spearhead data-driven change initiatives within a cross-functional team committed to enhancing product development and operational efficiency. This role is your chance to foster collaboration, remove obstacles, and guide teams through a seamless Agile transition, shaping the future of financial services with innovative practices.

- Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).

responsibilities :

- Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth Agile ceremonies.
- Coaching teams on Agile and Scrum principles to boost delivery performance and maturity.
- Supporting the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies, promoting cultural change.
- Monitoring and tracking sprint progress using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborating with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs for maximum value.
- Removing impediments and resolving issues that hamper team progress.
- Promoting transparency and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders.
- Aligning Agile practices with business objectives and governance standards.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Encouraging knowledge sharing and active participation within Agile communities.

requirements-expected :

- 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Proven experience working in financial services or data-related projects.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and facilitate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience navigating complex global organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
