Headquartered in Ireland, delivering throughout Europe, Winthrop Engineering & Contracting is a leading engineering company focusing on data centres. We currently employ circa 650 people in 2021. We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a MEP Commissioning / Admin Manager to join our mechanical team. This position will be site-based in.

The MEP Administrator will oversee the organisation and efficiency of the daily Mechanical Team operations and will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

· Work with the Mechanical Team to manage various administrative tasks

· Share reception duties with other administration team members, where required

· Answer and manage queries via email and telephone

· Assist with data entry and filing of project documentation in line with SOPs

· Ad-hoc duties where required

· Ensure all incoming requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner

Benefits

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

· Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritize work

· Previous experience within a similar role, ideally within an Engineering or Construction sector
