Support and guide your team through technical coaching and mentoring, helping them grow professionally. Work closely with other teams and business leaders to plan development that balances technical needs with customer and market expectations. Drive improvements in how the team works and help shape best practices. Take ownership of major issues, acting as the go-to person when problems need quick resolution. Oversee the team's deliveries, timelines and budget to ensure everything stays on track. Keep your team motivated and engaged, while also supporting their career development. Represent the team in meetings with stakeholders and contribute to important decisions. Employer requirements Fluent Polish and English language - to manage local team and contact with clients Experience with Java (17 or 21) and Spring Framework (5 or 6). Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra). Knowledge of GIT for version control. Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. Experience with Jenkins DSL and Helm is a bonus but not required. Experience with Azure Public Cloud. Strong communication skills in English and Polish (both spoken and written) - must have. Ability to work in a team and contribute to shared goals. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Experience in EMV payments, secure card display, or payment network integration would be a strong asset.
